As a multifaceted professional, I lean on my abilities to solve organizational challenges by combining key management, commercial and technical skills; to reach higher business results via strategic planning and a deep understanding of customers' and stakeholders' needs and expectations. I have a history of building collaborative relationships based on high-quality customer relationships and a consultative approach that assisted me to position several business units and companies among the most reliable and trustworthy in Latin America. I enjoy developing and leading teams of high-performance and collaboration style, while mentoring & coaching people to reach personal and group goals via truly transformational leadership. Furthermore, I also developed recruiting and talent management skills that help to identify, assess, and interview multi-level professional prospects. Presently, I lead Talson International S.A. efforts on construction consulting services; helping customers to improve their financial & technical execution, processes, and controls; within a schedule, budget, and quality compliance frame. Previous experiences as an entrepreneur, as well as regional manager and general manager (among others); allowed me to strengthen my business and technical skills, recover and develop new customers, reduce processing time and operating costs. Similarly, acquired skills helped me increasing sales through a personalized, consultative business service, and dedicated management of the customer relationships, resulting in a high impact on loyalty from customers. In most situations, I use analytical reasoning and "design thinking" as key elements and differentiators.
