I have a broad, and in many areas, deep perspective of development, delivery, and business impact through an evolution of roles:• 6 years as CTO of IBM Collaboration Solutions• 5 years in Microsoft owning technical relationships with global clients• 8+ years defining AI and Cloud based solutions in multiple industries• 30+ years in understanding, translating and delivering leading technology to the market• 25+ years in technical sales, recognised for driving credibility within the sales process• 15 years as an enterprise architect designing large scale solutions across multiple industries• Recognised for being client focused with an emphasis on very long-term relationships at all levels• Provided a public face for organisations through press, conferences, interviews and publications• Recognised as a key innovator and liaison between development, product management, and clientsFor many years, my focus was on delivery through business partners and system integrators. Previously an RAEng visiting Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Innovation at Surrey University.
