I am a talent acquisition leader with over 14 years of experience in IT and executive recruitment, and a current MBA student at SBS Swiss Business School. My core competencies include candidate generation, recruitment advertising, fee negotiation, client communication, market feedback, and business development. As a former Client Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I brought strong business acumen, in-depth technical recruitment strategy, and experience to optimize processes and motivate teams to deliver excellence. I also acted as a talent advisor by building partnerships with AWS teams and creating detailed hiring strategies that resulted in timely and quality hires. Previously, I managed high performing teams executing executive-level searches for various industries and sectors at Optimum Talent and The Headhunters Recruitment Inc, where I established a robust network of professionals and provided leadership and mentorship for researchers. My mission is to advance the design, deployment, and evaluation of talent acquisition strategies that align with the global business environment and the needs of diverse and dynamic organizations.
