I am a chartered human factors expert with over a 20 years of experience in translating the needs of users into innovations and driving product development from a people centric perspective. I lead the Design Review team that set up a Philips wide (UX) design reviews program to help improve safety and quality of our solutions through positive design and human factors discussion.
