As an Executive Team Leader at Target, I foster a 212 degree culture that has positively impacted team morale and performance. I have swiftly turned several metrics from red to green and maintained the standard. I oversee five different departments and over 50 team members, leading by example and accountability. I have extensive experience in retail sales management, having worked at Camping World and Bluegreen Vacations. At Camping World, I pioneered a metric training manual for the region and conducted weekly training classes, propelling our region from sixth to first place in two months. I also established and fostered an "Uncommon Effort" culture, transforming a struggling retail location into one of the top performers. At Bluegreen Vacations, I recruited, hired, and developed a top-notch sales team and culture, resulting in the number one team in the region within six months. I am passionate about sales leadership, team building, and creating a positive work environment.
