I enjoy challenges and I excel at thinking outside the box. Life is learning and learning is the best part of life. As an ENTJ I am a Born Leader, I believe in the old saying "A Leader is only as strong as their weakest team member" so it is important to always adjust, adapt and better how we lead, and how we teach. Not all people fall into the same category of understanding, it is how we approach conflict, challenge and lack of understanding that makes us good or great.
