Using a science based approach, combined with my personal experience within professional baseball, I aim to provide the highest quality strength and conditioning program by- Using velocity based training, Hawkeye metrics, workload monitoring technologies and movement assessments to provide players with an individual and movement specific program- Reviewing in game data and video to communicate with position specific coaches and identify areas that can be improved upon to assign exercises that will help those areas- Coaching movement in the weight room and during speed training to clean up possible movement deficiencies and perform at the highest possible level. Correlate weight room and skill specific movements to improve players ability on the field- Having a holistic approach that hits on all aspects of performance including sleep, nutrition, recovery, strength, conditioning and mechanics.
