About Jon Molver

Jonathan is a passionate and experienced education leader who has dedicated over 20 years to improving the quality and equity of education systems in low and middle income countries. He holds a Bachelor of Education from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and a certification in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Political Science. As the Founding Director of Proteus Advisory, Jonathan leads a team of experts who work with government, the private sector, and civil society to facilitate improved coordination, cohesion, and alignment across the education sectors. He draws on his extensive knowledge and skills in teaching, school leadership, and education policy development and implementation to design and deliver innovative and scalable solutions that ensure every child has access to quality education. Jonathan has a proven track record of driving in-country business development and partnership opportunities, managing and supporting complex projects, and delivering transformational results at all levels of the education system.
