Committed, innovative, commercial marketing professional. I am a classically trained, commercially focused and entrepreneurial marketer with significant experience in retail, brand building, product development and change management which I have applied increasingly in a digital environment in recent years. My passion is for growing and scaling businesses with a focus on Ecommerce/DTC expansion. I fit in best in organisations who are looking to scale at pace and require a change agent to accelerate and drive this. I have led teams through significant business change in vertical/DTC space and delivered meaningful scale across 3 continents (wearable tech €30m revenue). I have also led business units and brand portfolios in both global and locally managed business structures in Retail and Healthcare categories including in remote working, matrix organisations (brand strategy and P&L delivery for business units of €100m+). I love getting stuck into the detail as well as delivering long term change.
