Without innovation we would stand still, nothing would change, nothing would improve. I like finding ways to improve. Do things differently. With many stakeholders, there are many agendas (not including the hidden ones), its difficult to keep everyone happy, not everyone will get exactly what they want but if they are prepared to compromise a little or a lot, then maybe we can bring about change. Innovation is not just about a new bit of tech, its how we embrace it within our organisation and use it to our advantage. It is about people and organisations too. People, processes, products, outcomes and patient care. Square pegs, round holes, breaking the rules and disruption do work. We get surprises from non conformance, which leads to learning and we get a different outcome. Like this device It is a game changer
