About Jon Powell

For more than 20 years, Jon Powell has been fearless on behalf of his clients, taking on some of this country’s largest corporations and insurance companies. Most other attorneys refuse to take those cases, but Jon has pursued them and won. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Powell has authored legal articles and made legal presentations for his peers on how to be aggressive trial lawyers and how to handle various types of cases. Mr. Powell has served on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Powell is also an active member of the San Antonio and Karnes City Bar Associations. Mr. Powell has made it his duty to represent each and every client with aggressiveness and dedication. He answers his phone calls directly from clients and he involves his clients in the decision-making in the case. He has served as the Chairman of the Construction Law Committee for the San Antonio Bar Association and as a Member of the District Courts Committee of the San Antonio Bar Association.
