With more than 10 years of experience in the QA-Engineering department at Telestream including roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Lead. I have a proven passion for improving internal software processes and working with project teams. In my current role I’m responsible for coordinating and assisting with the full product-development lifecycle for our Avid Service offerings, including requirements analysis, UI design, Test Plan creation and Quality Assurance testing. I conduct individual team Triage meetings and act as a liaison between Engineering, Quality Assurance and customers including Vubiquity and TV Globo. I work with customer support to troubleshoot issues and have conducted training for Field Service Engineering teams.
