About Jon Roberts

Mr. Roberts attended Boise State University. Jon has over 21 years experience in the real estate industry. In 1992, Mr. Roberts co-founded a real estate development company and assisted in the founding of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah. He has served as a planning commissioner and zoning administrator on several municipal, state, and county boards overseeing development and planning. Jon has developed over residential units in California, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. Mr. Roberts worked as the legal and then regional manager for the largest second-party collection agency in the State of Utah. He filed, processed and oversaw over lawsuits and worked with debtors to resolve outstanding accounts and judgments. Jon has processed foreclosures on over real estate homes and properties in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. Specialties: Specializes in the cost-effective acquisition and resolution/workout of these acquired loans through several means, including refinance, debt restructuring, or foreclosure and sale of the underlying real property. In essence, we buy low and sell high; we accomplish this by purchasing deeply discounted troubled notes and managing their accelerated liquidation.
