As a proven Supply Chain & Logistics professional I have gained extensive experience in managing a range of Global Warehouse, Logistics & Supply Chain operations. I am also practiced in delivering complex and varied ranges of Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing projects. Having managed operations of various size and scope include Europe and Worldwide operations, as well as delivering projects with different commercial, strategic and performance related focuses, means that I have both a depth and range of experience gained within both project and operational roles. I also have procurement experience gained through my various roles in Supply Chain & Warehousing with responsibilities for purchasing Warehouse & Transport services. I have also had experience of working with various packaging suppliers including Consumer Retail Packaging. I am analytically minded and adept at communication and influencing, I use these skills to good effect, ensuring operations run within budget and also to the specified deadlines. I also have experience of working with a vast array of WMS, MRP/ERP and Space Planning & Category Management Software as well a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
