With over seven years of experience in client intake, legal technology, and client relations, I am a passionate and driven LGE Implementation Manager at Martindale-Avvo, the leading provider of online marketing solutions for the legal industry. In my current role, I oversee the implementation of the LGE software, a powerful and innovative tool that helps law firms streamline their intake process, increase conversions, and improve client satisfaction. I work closely with the L2 Web team, which I also manage, to ensure the smooth integration of the LGE software with the websites of our clients. I also provide training, support, and feedback to the LGE users, and collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements and new features. As a Client Support Manager at Captorra, a previous role that I still hold, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in client intake, legal technology, and client relations, as well as multiple certifications in these fields. I have successfully managed and supported hundreds of clients, from solo practitioners to large firms, in implementing and using the Captorra software, a leading intake and lead conversion solution. I have also contributed to the growth and improvement of the Captorra software by providing insights, data, and feedback to the development team. My mission is to help law firms leverage technology to optimize their intake process, increase their efficiency, and grow their business.
