I am a Product Manager with 20 years of experience delivering value through various technologies to clients across North America. In that 20 years, I have delivered end to end solutions for human resource departments, loss prevention & safety departments and marketing teams in the pharmaceutical, retail, financial and quick service restaurant markets. Currently, I work with the Quick Service Restaurant, Financial and Retail markets to deliver products that help our customers "sell more stuff". Some of the notable projects in which I was responsible for delivering end to end value include- COMPAS Audit - I was responsible for this product from 2005 (v1.1) to 2012 (v4.0) when I left the organization. COMPAS audit is a tool that allows various departments of major retailers to create, update, execute and report on auditing programs across thousands of company locations. During my tenure working on this product, it was considered to be an industry leading product by RILA (Retail Industry Leaders Association). Clients included Starbucks, Tractor Supply Company, Sobeys, Babies'R'Us, Brookstone, Payless, Genuine Parts Auto, Office Max, Staples, Office Depot, Axcess Financial, Sport Chalet, Harbor Feright, Sears, Kmart, Reebok, Kroger, Meijer & others- Prescriptions By Mail: A full on e-commerce system that allowed a Nevada based mail order pharmacy to fulfill prescriptions safely, effectively, efficiently and legally. It was one of the first on-line pharmacies in North America and was eventually sold to an Ohio based company for the value that it offered- Nerds Software Recruiting Suite - Developed first and second versions of a suite of products for the recruiting industry. Great value was built into the resume inspection algorithm and the job to applicant matching algorithm.
