About Jon Rozansky

Jonathan Rozansky relocated to San Diego from Calabasas California in 1988. His career in real estate began in high school when he worked with his mother (a seasoned Realtor with Coldwell Banker), assisting with client activities and open houses. After his move to San Diego he entered the Real Estate market as a senior loan officer for a wholesale mortgage broker. While working at the wholesale mortgage broker, Jonathan has financed residential and commercial projects of all sizes making him a veteran to the real estate industry. His expertise led to develop a Real Estate division with his broker at First Capital Realty in 2004. Jonathan’s background in finance, along with his superior knowledge of the local markets make him a single point of contact for all your home finance needs. Recently he has reached over $100 million in sales. When he is not working with his clients financing their homes, you can find him with his family and two children enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, golfing, surfing, skiing, fishing and playing basketball.
