I am an experienced, passionate, and reliable professional currently in my 4th year as The Director of Women's Basketball Operations at Columbia University. In this role, I oversee the program's finances, all logistical operations, student-athlete support, branding, camps, community relations, and more while working across various Columbia Athletics departments and cultivating strong relationships with all program constituents. We have won three consecutive Ivy League Championships (2023, 2024, 2025), made back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances (2024, 2025) and appeared in the WNIT Championship game in 2023.
