About Jon Rybka

I am a firm believer that every child deserves a high quality education. My career is dedicated to the belief that regardless of a family's bank account, zip code, or skin color, every child should have access to educational opportunities that meets his/her unique needs. To that end, I have worked as a teacher and an executive in several different urban areas in the United States working within schools, school systems, and charter management organizations to learn how I could contribute to the movement of millions of educators who are tirelessly working every day to serve our students. Currently, I work as a program officer at the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation to support and partner with organizations who are doing great work with ambitious goals.
