While completing my duties as a Master Training Specialist, I lead an effort to re-design the Avionics curriculum. I conducted needs based analysis with active squadrons as well as interviews with both military and civilian personnel experts to deliver an improved curriculum which included IMI, WBT, Instructor Lead, and Practical Application scenarios. I also developed continuing education courses that provided further learning opportunities. My proficiency with the ADDIE and ISD principles are the guiding forces in my endeavors to improve curriculum. Additionally, my exposure to Six Sigma methodologies greatly impacts my focus on continual process and performance improvement. I also have extensive experience working with the numerous military training systems and processes, and am well versed in managing relationships with all levels of military and civilian personnel.
