I’m a Construction Project Manager with experience leading multi-site construction and renovation projects across the United States. I manage complex retail, commercial, QSR, and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.My work includes ground-up construction, national retail remodel programs, and specialty builds ranging from express tunnel car washes and quick service restaurants to cellular retail stores, warehouse facilities on military bases, and travel center remodels supporting military installations. I collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward while maintaining quality standards and strong financial oversight. Before moving into my current role, I held leadership positions in construction, facilities management, and operations, including franchise development and multi-location maintenance oversight. These roles strengthened my ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and solve problems quickly in fast-moving environments.
