I am a seasoned and forward-thinking business professional with over 15 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, and program/product management across a variety of industries and international markets. Throughout my unique career, I have established a reputation as a results-driven professional who possesses a successful track record in defining and executing comprehensive strategies that drive growth and maximize profits while ensuring a positive customer experience. During my tenure with J.D. Power, I have progressed through the ranks, and I currently serve as the Managing Director of Global Automotive Strategic Initiatives, with a focus on leading divisional growth efforts through new product developments and strategic partnerships during the merging of two companies. It is through this experience that I have seen first-hand the value in fostering key partnerships across all levels of an organization to drive organizational change while ensuring an optimal user experience for each new product line. I possess a strategic mindset that renders deliberative analysis and allows for well-informed decision-making when providing performance feedback and product recommendations. I am focused on aligning resources to achieve strategic, financial, and service-oriented goals. Furthermore, I am passionate about working with teams all over the world. Outside of work, you can find me instilling the best team player and leadership techniques to the youth soccer, basketball, and baseball teams that I have coached over the past six seasons. Whether it is coaching kids how to dribble a soccer ball or working with a development team in negotiating a high-dollar contract, efficient communication is always key to organizational success.
