From managing critical military supply chains to overseeing multi-warehouse operations in the food manufacturing industry, I’ve maintained one consistent standard: operational excellence. Currently, I serve as the Logistics and Procurement Manager at a high-output bakery, where I lead the Ingredients, Packaging, and Storage warehouses. I pride myself on driving efficiency, developing high-performance teams, and maintaining 99.8% inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. I don’t just direct from a desk—I work shoulder to shoulder with my team, believing that leadership means doing the work, not just delegating it. I bring a disciplined, solutions-oriented mindset to everything I do, whether it's implementing a new inventory system, optimizing vendor relationships, or resolving real-time operational challenges. My background blends the structure of military logistics with the agility of modern supply chain demands. Outside of work, I’m an avid hiker and endurance enthusiast. I believe in testing limits—physically, mentally, and professionally—and bringing that same drive for growth into the workplace.
