I have been providing excellent road service to industrial and commercial businesses in this field for over twelve years. I received my training, education, and experience while employed by an industry leading industrial battery manufacturer for the first eleven years of my career in the field. I strive for and provide customer satisfaction for every service call I complete. I am customer focused. I provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with my customers while troubleshooting and diagnosing their motive power equipment. I am able to educate my customers on any concerns or issues they are experiencing with their equipment and provide explanations and solutions to their issues based on their business requirements and usage of motive power equipment. I am responsible and respectful while using company equipment and take pride in ensuring organized and accurate parts inventory.
