About Jon Sills

An agile specialist working with cross-sector organisations. My career began in some of London’s best marketing agencies producing award-winning campaigns with digital at their core, but naturally evolved into digital product and service development. This experience has given me a broad perspective on how to drive business growth through powerful digital products that tap into consumer needs, overlaid with great UX, and marketed through simple, targeted comms. In recent years, my interests have focussed on helping organisations become more agile, both in mindset and ways of working. I have experience working in mulitple industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Energy, Travel and FMCG. I also took up self-development coaching as a side venture, coaching both individuals and teams to help them overcome self-limiting behaviour, become better at setting ambitious goals and then taking clear action to achieve them.
