A relentless problem solver, I've helped bring from concept to reality iconic infrastructure projects in Canada, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and throughout SE Asia. During my 20+ year career my clients have been governments and the private sector, both consistent in their desire to improve their infrastructure. These difficult and complex projects have ranged from roads, bridges and rapid transit through to stadia, schools, prisons and defence, most procured as Public-Private Partnerships (P3s). I provide the clarity and experience needed to help my clients navigate the early days of feasibility analysis and scoping, develop efficient and effective procurement processes and documentation, raise project finance and reach financial close. I like to work with people and organisations who value integrity and want to question the accepted way of doing things. I believe there is always a better way to achieve your goal.
