12 years building a $6mm business from scratch on the East Coast with minimal support from my corporate head office. Developed a 30 person strong team virtually located across the USA and working efficiently and effectively as a single unified team. I have been General Manager, VP of Sales, Marketing and Operations and Chief Recruiter. Our business - Advertising and Promotional support to Pharmaceutical companies providing Origination, Ideation, Production, Proof Reading, Account management and Fulfillment across multiple Digital and Print outputs. My focus has always gravitated to new business start-ups, opportunities for growth and pushing boundaries, rather than fine tuning the status quo. Not that I disparage those with that kind of responsibility, but it is unlikely to motivate me. Committed to global markets and free trade with a socialist leaning to sustainability and social engineering some would simply call me conflicted; I prefer to give it the gloss of vision.
