I lead large-scale digital health and organizational transformation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and people.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped design and deliver some of Canada’s most complex healthcare initiatives, including Alberta’s $1.39B Connect Care Clinical Information System—a province-wide implementation of Epic that integrated 1,300+ legacy systems and now supports more than users serving 4.4 million Albertans.My work focuses on translating strategy into execution in complex, highly regulated environments. I bring clinicians, executives, technologists, and government partners together to move transformation from concept to reality—ensuring operational readiness, usability, and equity are embedded directly into system design rather than added later.A defining part of my leadership has been advancing inclusive clinical system design.
