I’m a husband and dad, raising a young family in southwestern Ontario alongside our energetic Goldendoodle. I feel most grounded outdoors—whether it’s hiking, fishing, or walking the dog—and I’m passionate about community, good conversation, and creating spaces where people feel welcome and seen. Professionally, I work with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS), supporting small- and mid-sized businesses across southwestern Ontario. My role allows me to partner directly with organizations to strengthen their health and safety culture, offering guidance that’s practical, people-centered, and rooted in real-world impact. I bring a background in small business, a passion for education, and a relational approach to problem-solving. I believe safety isn’t just about compliance—it’s about creating environments where people feel valued, equipped, and empowered to do their best work. Whether I’m working with a family-run operation or a growing team, I aim to listen well, build trust, and help others move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m motivated by purpose, connection, and the belief that safe workplaces are thriving workplaces.
