I am a high impact, enterprising Sustainability Strategy and Financing consultant with experience leading strategies to ensure environmental innovation and sustainability. In my career I had successfully implemented sustainability change in numerous organizations redesigning the way that people work and how they run their organizations. I identify opportunities to build strategies and drive continual improvement. I use my knowledge and experience to deliver sustainable and compliant performance throughout all aspects of their operations. I advocate at the state and federal government levels to build bridges to find common ground, build coalitions and drive policy change. I am a results-driven leader who motivates people, teams and organizations to set and achieves both immediate and long-term business goals and build a culture of sustainability and engagement. I work for Mazzetti in their sustainability consulting practice because they are known for their excellence in sustainability and design. We work to decarbonize the healthcare sector and beyond and are motivated to deliver the highest caliber work in everything we do. At the Cleveland Clinic I led a healthcare sustainability program recognized for national leadership implementing sustainability programs that saved more than $150 million, reduced carbon footprint by more than 25%, won more than many industry leading awards, created dozens of national media articles and videos and helped set and advocate the global healthcare sustainability agenda. I also designed and implemented a carbon reduction strategy that took enterprise energy usage down more than 20% for the largest decline in healthcare, saved $125 million, created green fund for project finance, built multiple solar energy systems on three continents, reduced scope 3 footprint in supply chain and educated and advocated for sector action. Along with my environmental responsibility I directed ESG reporting for Cleveland Clinic for ten cycles using GRI, UNGC/UNSD and SASB frameworks. Recognized by the New England Journal of Medicine as one of top two reports in the Healthcare Sector. In 2008, I co-founded a solar energy and sustainability consultancy firm that raised a $10 million tax equity fund, built more than 130 solar systems and served clients ranging from YSU, Hiram College, U. Akron, US Cotton, Hiram College, CMHA (The largest in Cuyahoga County at the time), Ruffing Montesori, Andrews Osborne and others with revenue reaching $3 million.
