About Jon Vasquez

I am currently employed at Rockline Industries in Sheboygan, WI as a Process Control Technician. We update our machine recipes, assist operators, maintenance and our engineering departments with troubleshooting. We also improve our machines by testing and developing new parts to install. Prior to Rockline, I was employed at Sharp Packaging for 20 years. I started as a press helper, then moved to our converting department as an operator, lead operator, setup technician and a Setup Trainer. I created the companies first Setup Training program which is now being used at our other locations and also serves as a template for operator training. I have also occasionally stepped in for Material Handling. I have prior sales and managing background. I was an assistant manager at Wilson’s leather. This included participating in the hiring process, nightly cash counts and deposits and the training of new hires.
