He is a seasoned investment broker and enjoys helping his friends and clients build wealth through real estate. Jon is a principal in Brokers Holdings LLC operating NAI Excel and ERA Brokers Consolidated. He has been instrumental in the growth of the company, directly overseeing commercial real estate and asset management operations. With more than 800 agents and staff, Brokers Holdings closes over transactions worth nearly $2 billion in value each year and manages more than $1 Billion in assets.Jon received his MBA from Brigham Young University and his bachelor’s degree from Dixie State University. Jon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed in Utah and Nevada.
