He is responsible for coordinating trial technology services for litigation events worldwide for over 1600 attorneys. His areas of expertise include courtroom and war room technology, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting legal applications and exhibit databases. He has assisted the legal team with witness preparation while creating persuasive visual presentations for openings, closings, and expert testimony. For over 20 years he has assisted attorneys on utilizing technology in hundreds of litigation events. Mr. Walton has worked in multiple state and federal courtrooms throughout the US and UK, including Federal courts in California, Nevada, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Oklahoma, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Walton has supported these firms on behalf of numerous major corporations including Apple, Oracle, Credit Suisse, Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Hertz, and Phillip Morris. Most notably, Mr. Walton served as lead technology consultant to the well documented NAACP v. East Ramapo Central School District in the New York Federal Court Case on voters’ right violations. For the closing argument, Mr. Walton consulted, organized, coordinated, hosted and “hot-seated” what was noted as the first virtually held oral argument due to Covid. Prior to working inside law firms, Mr. Walton operated his own litigation video & technology consulting business specializing in depositions, site documentations and courtroom playback. While Mr. Walton maintains his specialty of “Hot-Seating” he maintains and creates a weekly virtual video production service for his local church. Mr. Walton is also proficient in PowerPoint, Toonly and Premiere video editing software. Mr. Walton attended Truman State University where he was captain of the football team and an all-conference defensive player. He also played at the professional level.
