About Jon Will

A reputable brand is not made by the name, but the faces and personalities behind the business. I strive for excellence in my presentation and innovation of products and services, so I am looking for an environment conducive to its own growth. Perseverence is what makes goals attainable. With that being said, the greatest quality in an employee is the desire to work. Successful work is learning from failures and accomplishments made by yourself and others, which in turn improves the performance of the business. A work place conducive to growth requires effective horizontal and vertical communication. Employees with good emotional presence will result in relationships of trust and respect with coworkers and clients. This ensures that new ideas are not only shared, but also tested and/or adopted. It's important to recognize, when it comes to communication, that honest employers make honest employees and dishonest employers make dishonest employees. My motivation is success, driven by money and relationships. Making someones day gets me going, especially when i'm getting paid to do it.
