About Jon Williams

I am a passionate educator with a demonstrated history of establishing rapport and positive learning environments for learners of all ages and settings with a strong ability to build trusting relationships with learners to inspire, comfort, and build self-esteem while maintaining high standards for achievement. I am looking to transfer my skills from 12 years in the classroom to an educator in a corporate setting as a training specialist, learning coordinator, etc. As an educator, I have incorporated technology in the classroom to deliver instruction for learners of all skill levels in advanced and on level settings. As a department chair, I worked with leadership to navigate the challenges of the pandemic and switching to remote learning As a team lead, I have worked with stakeholders to track and analyze data to identify learning needs to align with district goals.
