Experienced "Lead by Example" Project/Program Manager with focus in several diverse areas including Hardware and Software IT development and implementation, Web development, Database Marketing Solutions, End-user Point-of-sale (POS) and Business System deployment and training, and Documentation Development. Experience in Federal, State and Private sectors. Successful experience with complex Information Technology (IT) projects for County of San Diego Property Tax Authority and within the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) for Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) under Peraton’s NGEN contract. Responsible for managing all phases in a diverse range of customer delivery IT projects and programs on one of the largest and most secure networks in the world supporting nearly Sailors and Marines. Successfully managed several multi-million dollar projects related to Data Center implementations, Enterprise Software deployments, Peripheral (print devices) implementation, Enterprise Network Intelligence, as well as Infrastructure and Software upgrades. Responsibilities for each of my projects includes but are not limited to project plan development and management; managing project scope; risk, issue and change management; resource management; management of internal/external client relationships; Network Certification and Accreditation activities adhering to extremely strict Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN) and Perspecta standards. I hold a SECRET Department of Defense Clearance from the United States Government.
