About Jonae Crews

I've had the pleasure of being able to work with 2 Maryland library systems where I was able to continuously grow and achieve my goals in growing with the company. With three years of library experience working with Baltimore County Public Library I was promoted from Shelver to Circulation Assistant II in less than a year. I was able to participate in Promotional Opportunity training and be apart of Green and Sustainable team, researching and implementing ideas to keep BCPL environment friendly while also gaining excellent customer service skills. I was also given the opportunity of promotion with Aerosoles from Sales Associate to Assistant Manager in less than a year. Supervising 2-3 sales associates and acting as the person in charge in absence of the store manager, along with sitting in on phone meetings, setting daily goals for the store and associates. While currently working with Enoch Pratt Free Library, I was able to also reach milestones in promotional opportunities. Going from part time to full time in a matter of 6 months. Later being promoted to a supervisory position 4 years later.
