25 years of excellent customer service 10 years of retail management 10 years of operational management 5 years of inventory management My time in the military which I consider the most profound part of my life so far consisted 4 years of operational management as a B1-B Bomber Crew Chief. Being a Crew Chief required a working knowledge of all flight surfaces and operations as well as internal maintenance of aircraft hardware and software. A jack of all trades having to do with my plane allowing the Crew Chief position to be a perfect supervisor of all operation. With Kirkland's I started out in stock as part time employee but very rapidly gained a reputation in the organization. Within 2 months I was employee of the month and 6 months the employee of the district followed by employee of the quarter and second place for employee of the year for the entire company. So I took a management job in the company in Florida and within 2 years they were priming me for a GM position. I was offered 3 different stores including the largest store in Florida but during my time racing to the top. I realized that when I have gotten what I wanted, what next? I'm always wanting more, always training myself for more, always push myself for more. I needed my degree so that when I push farther, I'll have the requirements to achieve my insane goals.
