About Jonah Foster

I am a recent graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as of May 2021 with my BA in Psychology with a minor in Management. I previously served as a Peer Career Coach with UNLV Career Services, and also the Vice President of UNLV's Human Resource Student Association. My Human Resource interests lie in Employee well-being, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Training, negotiation, conflict resolution. I want to make workplaces a better environment for everyone, our work and lives are hard and complicated enough, why shouldn't their work environment work for them as well? I am currently seeking opportunities with organizations where my passions and drive can make positive impacts on the lives of others. In the future, I would like to further my studies in the field of psychology (Counseling, Social Work, Industrial-Organizational, etc.) in order to help improve the lives of others. I'm also quite interested in a large variety of topics and issues, such as Architecture and City/Urban Planning where I might support the public sector and communities to, again, create better environments for ourselves and generations to come.
