About Jonah Greene
I am a hardworking, collaboration-oriented theatre director, teacher, and arts manager with a specific interest in Jewish theatre. As a PhD Candidate and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas, my focus of study has been Jewish American arts and history. I have loved applying my area of study through producing high-quality arts programming: I have directed, dramaturged, produced, and acted in a wide variety of theatre productions, at professional, community, and university theatres (as well as Jewish summer camps, Jewish Community Centers, and synagogues). I have also taught university theatre courses for the last five years, and have a variety of training in arts administration & leadership. Looking forward, I am excited about the opportunity to continue leading projects related to Jewish arts. I hope to continue working as part of a team creating exceptional theatre/arts programming that celebrates (and is inspired by) Jewish culture, values, and traditions.
