Key Skills: Project Management Tools: Proficient with Workfront, SmartSheet, Jira, Azure, Project, Miro, Trello, Basecamp Estimating: Under AOR conditions, I estimated all work for the year for Elanco every year for 4 years. This allowed the team to understand where every dollar of the budget was being used and made us more nimble for pivots in work and dollars. Forecasting: Having already estimated all work for the year, forecasting becomes much more manageable. Along with prioritizing projects, having estimated start and due dates for all projects allowed my team and I to deliver projects seasonally based on product uses. Cross-Functional Teamwork: At Eversana Intouch I was frequently required to bring teams from several different departments together to execute projects that would achieve organizational goals. My ability to motivate, inspire and foster collaboration allowed us to meet our common goals on time. Problem-Solving: The best laid plans allow for confidence as you move through execution but there are always obstacles that will present themselves. This is where I thrive.
