I worked as a protective services guard for half a decade, protecting patients, staff, the public, the property, and information. I carried out this role with pride and integrity, ensuring the best care I could provide for those around me in the hospital. whether it was consoling those in mourning, or subduing an individual that was acting out in violence, or just providing service to the public or visitors with any questions they might have, or if they needed something; all individuals were treated with the most respect and provided service in a timely manner. I currently work as an armed Cash-in-transit guard for Gardaworld, transporting liability of all kinds for our trusted and respected clients, ensuring that it reaches the destination in a timely, secure, and safe manner. Before these roles, I worked multiple different types of jobs, varying from building highways after I finished my first year of college; where I started out as a licensed traffic flagger where I then got promoted to equipment operator after a couple months; where I remained until the end of the work season. When I was in highschool and after while being freshly graduated, I worked as a heavy duty mechanic apprentice working on logging equipment and trucks for two years. My very first job was at a grocery store, where I learned valuable skills such as a good attention to detail, cleanliness, efficiency and effectiveness in all that I do, as well as to not get distracted or discouraged by the little things. Interpersonal skills were also grown at the grocery store, interacting with other employees as well as customers.
