About Jonah Lewis

I am dedicated to providing quality work. I put my heart and soul into my job. My goal is to encourage and develop others while also growing myself. A manager "manages" the current situation while a quality leader takes a more proactive role in improving the current situation. My goal has always been to be useful to my employers, employees, and to my customer base by teaching and training the "why's" of each company policy, standard, or procedure to create a work culture where the mission statement of the company can be fruitful. I encourage employee/customer feedback and do my best to address any issue my employees have. When my employer asks me to do something I take care of it right away. If I don't make my employees lives, my employers lives and my customer's lives better by being in my position then I am not doing my job.
