I can navigate politically sensitive issues, I bring extensive experience in analyzing and I prepare recommendations for provincially significant matters such as nation-level relationships and emergencies.I lead diverse teams in the consultation and engagement of forestry projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including First Nations.I have briefed senior government officials, including the Chief Forester, the Minister of Forests, and the Premier on critical issues in the past and continue to write briefing materials for MLAs, Ministers, and senior executive.I manage multiple projects concurrently, providing recommendations to address politically sensitive topics and advising on various initiatives, from Forest Stewardship Plans to Land Authorizations.I have built and maintained strong relationships with Indigenous Nations, proponent staff, and government officials across Thompson Okanagan, South Coast, Kootenay Boundary, and Cariboo regions.I have over four years of experience leading and coaching diverse teams of professionals and new staff, ensuring efficient project delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.
