Background

About Jonanne Gage

I have over ten years' experience engaging youth and stakeholders on issues that matter, playing a key role in both the out-in-front and the behind-the-scenes management of program development and delivery. I specialize in streamlining procedures, spotting and solving deficiencies, supervision and coaching of staff, and collecting and presenting data to convey important messages, support program evaluation, and inform decision-making. My newest endeavour involves the intentional and meaningful incorporation of anti-racist and anti-oppressive perspectives into every aspect of programming, at every stage, to help advance diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible spaces for marginalized participants. I also moonlight as a writer of historical fiction.
