With over 5 years of diverse work experience in both On-premise and Cloud products, I have honed my skills in supporting connectivity issues, networking, and Cloud/On-prem based software. My background as an Associate Systems Engineer and Technical Support Engineer has equipped me to handle escalations effectively. I am well-versed in supporting Microsoft Office 365 for Business, PureConnect (Server & Client), and CxOne (All-rounder). My knowledge extends to VOIP Telephony systems, SIP methodologies, GUI reconfiguration, softphone settings, and API and Integration products. Using a range of tools such as Studio, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Teams, Empirix, and others, I have successfully resolved various technical challenges. I am currently a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ACD/IVR (scripting), Reporting, WFM, and Connectivity, with a focus on API/Integrations for the APAC region. In addition to my technical expertise, I have demonstrated leadership qualities. I have been entrusted to conduct training for new hires and have been involved in the development of high-performing teams, consistently achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. My contributions to process improvement discussions and involvement in resolving target opportunities highlight my commitment to continuous growth. My work experience includes roles at Nice Incontact, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Ltd, and Accenture Inc, where I've supported various products, provided technical assistance, and ensured customer satisfaction. In recognition of my achievements, I have received multiple accolades, including being a Dean's Lister, an Electronics Technician and Engineer Board Exam Passer, and a certified ICCE (Interaction Center Certified Engineer). Additionally, I hold a patent for "An Apparatus and Method for Knee Rehabilitation" and "A Stretching Device for Knee."
