I am a very goal-oriented, socially confident person that work well both independently and in a team. My decisions are made fast since I quickly create an overview and easily see the full picture. I am persistent and resolute in implementing. I am the initiator and developer that quickly and gladly takes the lead. I inspire my team but also provide constructive feedback and take conflicts if necessary. I listen to my colleagues, welcome their inputs and act as a discussion partner and coach. I motivate the group/individual to work independently, to be development-oriented and responsive to new ideas and options. I inspire my team to drive the work forward to a goal well defined. My strength is that I'm passionate about complex sales, leadership, developing company business and employees to deliver profitability. I have in depth knowledge and experience in property technology (proptech), renewables and the energy business nevertheless my strengths are of a general character, applicable in many different industries.
