As the Head of IT at AMCO Solutions, I am dedicated to ensuring our organization has the right IT people and tools to excel. I prioritize cultivating an IT team that not only excels technically but also deeply understands our core business, extending beyond traditional IT. With decades of IT experience, I have worked with large multinational companies to implement and optimize their corporate performance management systems on Hyperion and OneStream platforms. This work has significantly improved operational efficiencies and reliable financial reporting for our clients. Prior to my current role, I spent 12 years at Oracle specializing in databases and middleware and finally Hyperion infrastructure, which provided a solid foundation for my expertise in IT infrastructure, before moving into managerial roles. Currently, I lead an IT team based in Manila, supporting over 200 consultants across multiple countries. My role has evolved to focus on cloud adoption, cost optimization, and crafting IT strategies that align with our business objectives—ensuring scalable and secure technological advancement. As a leader, I am trusting, delegating and supportive, enjoying working with knowledgeable professionals at all levels. I focus on providing support when needed without micromanaging. Through patient and regular one-on-one interactions, I build trust and confidence within my team, striving to see everyone grow. I value loyalty, consistent performance, and high commitment.
