Experienced transformation leader and Executive Coach with a focus on leading digital and agile transformations at enterprise level, working with both conceptualizing and operationalizing the new ways of working and leading. Over the last decade and a half, I have been working with agile in multiple different roles, which have given me a holistic view on both agile/digital and transformation. I have gotten a greater appreciation for a raised focus on the outcomes we are trying to achieve, and being less driven by a specific digital/agile agenda, and just finding the best ways forward from where we are at the moment. In more recent years, I have focused on the transformation mastery and leadership & executive coaching and have helped multiple international organisations with their pursuit of transformed business agility and creating a deliberate and joyful high performing/purpose organisation. Building business agility is one of my main areas of focus, being able to shape culture, structures, policies and leadership mindset to be able to sense and respond in a complex and rapidly changing environment is what I love. I have had the pleasure and fortune to co-train with the talented and inspiring Pete Behrens, delivering an internal version of CAL 1. With a technical background, I have a decent understanding of how technical practices interacts with agile and how it can be a accelerator or a inhibitor in transformations. Lastly working as a management consultant, I have gotten insight into both the elements of change management and stakeholder management on all levels. It takes practice to switch between helping C-level and then jump in and help teams execute on the strategy you just helped the management team create/re-create.
