I’m a business-winning Development Exec and content creator with over 3 million YouTube views, currently developing new shows and content for BBC Studios. I get excited about devising and developing new TV ideas. As Head of Development at Twenty Twenty, I pitched and won a multi-million pound, car competition series from Sky, and helped shape award-winning, BBC history returner, A House Through Time. At Naked, I helped secure funding for ‘proof of concept’ shoots for two big reality ideas (C4 and ITV). I’ve recently developed formats for streamers at Lifted Entertainment and have just been pushing the envelope on a C4 Fact Ent idea for Firecracker. Wins across a two-decade career include commissions for BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Channel 5, Sky, Discovery Plus and Netflix, in genres ranging from award winning specialist factual to deliciously trashy E4 formats. I’m strong on titles, top lines, and getting to the essence of an idea; and I excel at working up projects to pitch to broadcasters and streamers – a BBC Ents commissioner described a recent pitch as “brilliant”. My forte is producing really good-looking decks and I’ve been the main writer on the lead projects wherever I’ve worked. I have a strong visual sense and I’m expert at using the latest AI tools to create impressive pitch materials. Back in the day, I developed shows such as The Gadget Show, and the award winning Brainiac: Science Abuse. I've always loved bold ideas and mashing up TV genres. And I love to pitch.
